FBA Welcomes Efreleen Rose Barrameda to the Team to Streamline Sponsor Success and Operational Excellence
Experienced executive brings CRM, event, and content expertise to accelerate FBA’s delivery for members and sponsors.
(MINNEAPOLIS, MN – August 14, 2025) The Fitness Business Association (FBA) today announced the appointment of Efreleen Rose Barrameda as Executive Assistant, a role focused on sponsor delivery, CRM optimization, and event operations. Efreleen brings deep experience in administrative leadership, social content management, and end-to-end event support—capabilities that will streamline execution and amplify the value FBA delivers to members and sponsors.
Efreleen has led onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and invoicing while building brand presence through targeted email and social campaigns. She is fluent in modern tools including Canva, Meta Business Suite, ActiveCampaign, and leading scheduling platforms, and is known for a proactive, detail-first approach that keeps teams on track and sponsors visible.
What Efreleen will lead at FBA:
- Sponsor & event delivery: Owns webinar and virtual-conference logistics—from scheduling and speaker coordination to live support and post-event lead delivery.
- CRM & email performance: Manages ActiveCampaign automations, campaigns, and engagement reporting to improve deliverability, list health, and conversion.
- Operational efficiency: Streamlines project tracking, billing communications, and internal workflows to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Content & community: Produces social assets, email creative, and web pages that elevate FBA initiatives and sponsor campaigns.
